Serving others has always energized me, both personally and professionally.
Aside from volunteer roles in the nonprofit space, my wife, Connie, and I have worked with college students for many years and for almost a decade have operated an eight-bedroom house just steps from the University of Washington serving young women who wish to live in a supportive and fun community near the campus while earning their degrees.
With an engineering degree from the University of Washington, my professional experience ranges from roles in high-tech manufacturing to owning and operating a series of successful businesses, both in and out of the real estate industry.
The result is experience and perspective that translates into results for you.
Do any of these profiles describe you?
- Buying or selling a single-family home in Seattle: This can be daunting due to the many complex unknowns characteristic of the city's charming older homes, which may need updating and repairs. I have personally bought and sold many Seattle homes and know how to help.
- Buying or selling investment properties: I can help you find opportunities for long and short-term rentals, such as Airbnb. I currently own such properties and am very familiar with all aspects of this type of investment.
- Buying or selling a commercial building or site: Owning the property that your business operates in is one of the smartest wealth-building strategies for the small business owner. Along with the stability of moving away from landlord influences, the tax advantages, and the options that building equity provide, owning your site has changed my life and can change yours.
